What happens if an item is showing as out of stock?

If you find an item or size that you would like to purchase but is showing as out of stock please contact us on 0345 340 5430 or email sales@dressydarlings.co.uk and we can offer guidance on whether it will return to stock or suggest some similar pieces

 

 

Can I mix and match outfits?

No I am afraid all items are sold as seen.

 

 

Do you have an actual shop I can come visit?

Unfortunately as much as we love to communicate with our customers we are solely based online, hence we can offer such excellent prices.

 

I am unsure which size to purchase?

 

All measurements are of the item not the child so it is best to check the size guide prior to ordering as items manufactured in different countries can offer different size options too. If in doubt please contact us and we can offer to guide you. When ordering bespoke then the child or babies measurements need to be taken, but we can explain this at point of ordering when we contact you.

 

 

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online via our secure payment providers . We do not however accept payment in person, by post or over the phone.

 

 

Where do you deliver to?

We are based in England and deliver to most countries including Europe, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, America etc but if in doubt please contact us prior to ordering.

 

 

When will I receive my order?
