Your courier will leave a "while you were out" calling card through your door or post box if you are not in at the time of delivery, confirming if your item has been left in a safe place or returned to the local delivery office. Please note that if a parcel is not collected within the timescales the postal service have quoted on the calling card then the parcel will be returned to Dressy Darlings, and the whole ordering process will have to take place again, unless the item was personalised in which case we will just ask for the new postage costs to be paid prior to resending to you.
If your order has been dispatched and you have not received your order after the timescale listed above please then contact us to explain that you have not received your order at Dressy@DressyDarlings.co.uk or using the contact form online. You will need to provide us with your order number so we are able to locate your order details on our systems and contact you with an update.
Customs
Dressy Darlings makes sure all parcels that will be going through a Customs Clearance Process will have all the required customs labels and information attached to the front of the parcel outlining the contents as per the Couriers guidelines. Generally Customs Clearance has no impact on the delivery timescale but occasionally this process may take a little longer which we cannot be held responsible for which will impact the delivery timescale stated above. For further details please contact your country's customs office.
Your country may charge customs charges which are out of our control and will have to be paid by yourself, Dressy Darlings holds no responsibility for them and has no input into the charges the recipient company charges.
Many of our items are below the customs duty charges so please check this on your countries website if you have been charged to see if you are eligible for a refund of the charges.
